Clients rent the truck and we provide the muscle! Please note that all appointments must be verbally confirmed by us. We will call or email to confirm time slot and date. 2 man 2 Hr minimum To add more crew members Call us at (770)691-2562 for Customized Quote for your move Refund Schedule (Based on Days Before Job Start): • 5+ Days Before Move: Eligible for a 75% refund. • 3–4 Days Before Move: Eligible for a 50% refund. • 1–2 Days Before Move: Eligible for a 25% refund. • Same Day or Less Than 24 Hours Notice: No refund. The payment is non-refundable at that point. Why This Policy Exists: Booking locks down our schedule and prevents other clients from reserving that slot. Last-minute cancellations cost us labor, time, and money. We understand plans change. Reschedules are always allowed but must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any penalties. • Less than 48 hours notice? Rescheduling may be allowed one time as a courtesy, but additional short-notice changes may incur a $50 rebooking fee. • Same-day reschedules are not guaranteed and are treated as cancellations.
